This module creates an initial task difficulty map based on terrain vegetation density. This map can later by modified by the DiffMod component. This module also download the NED elevation map as a bonus.

Input:
GPS coordinates for the bounding box of the region in decimal.
Output:
Vegetation density map to be used by TBMod (maybe renamed to DistCreato later)
Elevation map to be used by TBMod
